Pumpkin Gelato

      Halloween is coming soon! I made pumpkin gelato.



      First, I tried to cut a pumpkin raw but it was too hard to do it. I boiled it a little, then cut, then boiled. I bought 500g of a pumpkin, so it was very hard to strain all of it by hand. It took a very long time.

     Second, I poured 200cc of milk and 100cc of whipping cream and 15g of sugar into a pot and kept heating at low until about 60℃. Then pour the pureed pumpkin and mix them.


     After doing it, refrigerate it and stir once every hour.

     That’s how I made it.

      Adding more sugar and pouring honey on top will be good!
